RETURN POLICY
It is our hope and intention, that each piece align with yours. Please send an email to [email protected] to begin your return process.Our return policy lasts 30 days. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition and packaging. The shipping costs are non refundable and will be deducted from the refund. Once a return is received, you will receive an email notification and we will proceed to refund the purchase. If 30 days have passed since the original purchase and we have not received the product, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange. Please enclose a copy of your receipt or packing slip with the return and please send your return with an insured courier (e.g., FedEx, UPS, USPS Parcel Post). Awaken the Peaceis not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit.
EXCHANGES
As this is truly a wearable wellness item, we want you in harmony with your selection and will gladly assist you in picking stones. Our exchange policy lasts 30 days. We gladly replace items that are defective or damaged. If you would like to exchange your purchase for a different item, send us an email at [email protected] and we will respond to your email as soon as possible to process your exchange.
REPAIRS & RESTRINGING
If you require a repair of one of your Awaken the Peace pieces, please email us at [email protected] to coordinate all repairs.
Please include your desired return mailing address and email and or phone with your repair. We provide one complimentary repair service within one year of purchase and additional repairs can be made for between $3-$10. The cost of return shipping is $8.50 via USPS; please include a check with the repair or a phone number that we can reach you at for payment. Please notify us by email when you have sent your item in for repair. Awaken the peace is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit. Please contact us prior to coordinate if you are desiring we restring jewelry made by others with your Awaken the Peace wearable wellness charm.
RESIZING
